A Little Animation Character Chart

Hey folks. Bet y’all were expecting something else submitted here. Sorry, anyway this is a little prototype character chart for a small animation I’m putting together. I would like to start on a large big animation projects similar to my ‘Baby Noise?’ but after suffering so many rookie mistakes, using poor software, jumping two steps a head and the fact I’m using TvPaint, which is still new to me, I decided to do small animations first would be best. These are the main characters for the next animation, Lens Cap the guy on the left and Yankita Yak to the right. Yeah, yeah, I know. “Their names are right next to ‘em, Jackass!”

Yankita Yak fav.me/d571b96 is an old character from my early years in DeviantArt, didn’t do anything else with her but I still remembered her and thought of using or ‘recycling’ in some small animations. Lens Cap is a new guy from a comic I wanted to make. Basically a camera man for a journalist in Disney Quack Pack like world but with a larger story.

I’ve thought submitting the character chart, background, storyboard, animatic and finally animation would be the best way to work and give y’all some peeks on how I work. I’m not so certain I like the colors to the characters so if y’all want to suggest a color palette that would best suit them feel free to comment. The audio is a slightly edited version from 11 Second Club so nothing massive. Enjoy!
